This Internet-based multi-media recorded briefing provides water managers in the Southeast U.S. with a one to three month water resource outlook based on current surface water/groundwater/soil conditions, reservoir conditions, input from state and federal water resource partners on supply and water use, Climate Prediction Center weekly/monthly temperature and precipitation forecasts, and SERFC ensemble streamflow predictions.
